Gravitational and Biological aspect of time -2

the gravitational aspect of time relates to the effect of gravitational forces on time. It can be easily understood by a device in which sand is filled which was used for measuring time in earlier civilizations. It consisted of an object in which sand drops down from a fixed distace and by knowing its starting point and end point one can conclude the time elapsed. That time was taken as a reference time and can also be called as smallest unit of time. Now what if we place one suck device on earth and one on moon where gravity is much less as compared to earth.......both will show two diffrent time(for an observer at a third location away from earth and moon).
It is hence clearly seen that the time depends on gravity but is it the only thing that can determine time ????
the answer is no according to me..........
what if there is only 1 device placed on earth and two observer one is in normal situation and the other one is given some anesthesia which has affected him nervous system (for the sake of simplicity assume that the person is a total drunk state). For the one in normal state sand falls more quickly then the drunk one we take the normal one as standard because the earth has majority of normal(not drunk) people....but what if it is not...........?
it is called as the psychological arrow of time according to stephen hawkings which i would like to term as biological aspect of time..........this time is determined by our biological activities..the most common of them is sleeping..just think that if we are given a power that we need not to sleep and can work 24 hours...our parameters to judge time will surely change........
but my question is still the same and yet unanswered which of the two factors determine the time and if both do what is the relation between them.......
